Bonnie M. (Manahan) Cordwell, 62 of Brogue passed away peacefully at her daughter's home on Sunday, November 13, 2022.  She was the beloved wife of Thomas R. Cordwell.

Born August 31, 1960 in York, she was a daughter of the late Ellsworth J. Manahan, Sr. and Mary J. Sommers.

Mrs. Cordwell is fondly remembered as a loving wife, mother and grandmother.  She cherished time spent with family enjoying cookouts, especially burnt hotdogs, tacos and steamed crabs.  She also loved mowing on her John Deere tractor, tending her flowers and walking her property.  Some of her favorite activities also included yard sales, computer games, casinos, diamond art and watching Andy Griffith.

In addition to her husband, Bonnie is survived by two children: Michael W. Manahan and his wife, Stasha of Windsor and Sabrina L. Burkins and her husband, James of Brogue; six grandchildren: Kevin Burkins, Celina Manahan, Anthony Manahan, Devon Manahan, Colton Manahan and Nathan Manahan; two sisters: Betty and Melvina and three brothers: Billy, Terry and Robert.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two siblings, Rose and Ellsworth, Jr.

A gathering to celebrate Bonnie's life will be held in private by her family.
