Carolyn M. (Keeney) Milburn, 81 of York passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 27, 2023.  She was the beloved wife of the late Alfred B. Milburn, Jr. who passed away on December 13, 2020.

Born in York, she was a daughter of the late Mark E. and Mary E. (Fahs) Keeney.

Mrs. Milburn loved antiques, reading, sports and most especially, spending time with her family.

Carolyn is survived by her son, Kevin Shaffer and his wife, Susan of Lutherville, MD.; two grandsons: Graham Shaffer and Ethan Shaffer; one sister-in-law, Fae Keeney, as well as many loving nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by four siblings.

A funeral service to celebrate Carolyn's life will be held on Thursday, August 3rd at 12 noon at Austin H. Eberly Funeral Home, Inc.; 104 W. Main St. in Dallastown.  Interment will follow in Prospect Hill Cemetery in York.  A time to share memories and an opportunity to view will also be on Thursday at the funeral home from 11am until the start of the service.
