Craig Smith, 82 of Dallastown, passed away at his residence on Wednesday, October 27 ^th . He was the beloved husband of Fae (Herbst) Smith of 54 years.

Mr. Smith was born in York on September 1, 1939 and was the son of the late Dallas Smith and Pauline (Keller) Gemmill.

Craig was a former York Township Elementary school teacher and retired from Fitz & Smith Inc. as vice president. He was a lifelong resident of Dallastown and sat on the borough planning commission board and was a member of the former Trinity United Methodist Church.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons, Jason Smith and his wife Kim and Adam Smith. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Conner and Morgan Smith by a brother, Gary "Mick" Smith and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Dallas "Jack" Smith.

Following cremation, a graveside service will be held at 11:00AM on Friday, November 5 ^th , with Pastor Mitchell Galloway officiating.
