Dabney L. Renoll, 92 of Dallastown passed away at his home on July 20, 2022. He was the loving husband of KayAnn F. (Snelbaker) Renoll and together they shared over 70 years of marriage. Born in Glen Rock on June 24,1930, he was the son of Jesse and Leona (Little) Renoll. Dabney graduated from Red Lion High School in 1949. Upon graduation, he walked across the street from his home on Broadway to begin his career at Red Lion Cabinet Company and spent the next 42 years on the same campus working for various corporations that evolved, as a data processing manager. He loved golf and looked forward to getting the "first" available tee time, he played fast and slow pitch softball, and finished his career at 50+ years of age on third base for the Bethlehem United Methodist Church in Dallastown, where he was also a member for 70 years. Dabney and KayAnn were blessed with three children; Dana and his wife Susan of York; Stephanie Givler and her husband Michael of Avondale; and Julie Fairchild and her husband William of York; eight grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. Dabney is also survived by three sisters; Nancy Mundis, Bonnie Ewell, Reba Deller (Wayne) and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Family gatherings and pop-in visits on the back porch brought joy. Everyone will remember that he had an innate ability to deliver a soft and gentle smile, with a twinkle in his eye to all who crossed his path, even in his final hours. The family is grateful for the hospice and in-home care givers during Dabney's final months. A Memorial Service and Celebration of His Life will be held at 11am on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at Bethlehem United Methodist Church; 109 E. Main St.; Dallastown, PA 17313 with Pastor Dave Stough officiating. Interment will follow in Home Cemetery, Dallastown. A time to share memories and visit with the family will also be on Saturday at the church from 10am until the start of the service. In Dabney's memory, donations may be made to Bethlehem United Methodist Church at the above address.
