Daniel E. Ketterman, 58 of York passed away peacefully at Hanover Hospital on Tuesday, August 24, 2021. He was the beloved husband of Deborah A. (Kohler) Ketterman.
Born November 22, 1962, he was a son of the late Paul A. and Betty J. (Unger) Ketterman.
Daniel's passion was his family business, Ketterman's Fries, in which he started working at a young age. He also loved NASCAR, and loved his dogs.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Ketterman is survived by 2 daughters: Angela D. Ketterman of York and Kadylyn M. Ketterman of York; 4 sisters: Jane L. Ketterman of Dover, Joan L. Ketterman or York, Ann L. Lagares and her husband, Harry of York and Liz K. Ettinger and her husband, Daniel of Spring Grove; 2 brothers-in-law: Charles R. Kohler and Jeff T. Kohler, his mother-in-law, Sylvia M. Kohler, sister-in-law, Barbara C. Kohler, as well as many loving nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
In addition to his parents, Daniel was preceded in death by 2 children: Daniel Jr. and a stillborn infant; 1 sister, Carol L. Glass; brother-in-law, Brian E. Kohler and father-in-law, Neil E. Kohler.
A graveside service to celebrate Daniel's life will be held on Monday, August 30th, 2021 at 1:30pm at Susquehanna Memorial Gardens; 250 Chestnut Hill Rd. in York with Pastor Sally Gausmann officiating. Guests are encouraged to arrive at the cemetery by 1:15pm.
A celebration of life service will be held at a later date, with time and location to be determined.

Arrangements are under the direction of Austin H. Eberly Funeral Home in Dallastown.
