David Allen Myers, 52, of Red Lion, passed away unexpectedly and suddenly in Williamsport, MD on Monday, March 7, 2022.

Mr. Myers was born on September 11, 1969 in York and was the son of the late Wilson H. Myers, Jr. and Kathleen A. (Breen) Myers.

For most of his life David worked as a roofer, most recently with Ream Roofing. He was known as a man of few words, but when he did speak, he spoke his mind and the truth. He loved his cold Budweisers, throwing darts, shooting pool, throwing horseshoes, and playing various card games. He was an avid Buffalo Bills fan, enjoyed watching NASCAR and was a member of the Sons of the American Legion.  He will be missed by his family and many dear friends.

David is survived by his three children, Zachary A. Seitz and his wife Jessica, of Mifflintown, Amber L. Myers and her partner Tamara Brillhart, of York, and Brittany Huffaker and her companion Carl Kilgore, Jr, of Airville and their daughter, Chloe. He is also survived by his brother, Wilson H. Myers, III, of Red Lion, Angela K. Gibson and her husband Jeff, of York, and Krista R. Dellone and her husband Mike, of Dallastown; as well his companion, Paula R. Kohler, many nieces and nephews as well as dear friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Dennis M. Myers and an uncle, Paul Myers.

Following cremation, a Celebration of Life service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, March 26, 2022 at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church, 900 Pleasant Grove Rd., Red Lion, PA 17356, with Rev. Joseph Yorks officiating.
