Donald E. "Don" Delancey, 78, of Dallastown, passed away on Monday, July 13, 2026.

Born in York on September 5, 1947, he was the son of the late Carl R. and Betty (Kuhn) Delancey. Don was the loving husband of Jane E. Delancey, with whom he shared 30 wonderful years of marriage.

Don dedicated 33 years to the Dallastown Area School District as a seventh-grade social studies teacher before retiring. Beyond the classroom, he had a lifelong passion for baseball and took great pride in coaching youth baseball and serving as a timekeeper for many Dallastown school athletic teams. His commitment to education, sports, and the Dallastown community left a lasting impact on countless students and athletes.

In keeping with Don's wishes, funeral services will be held privately by his family.
