Dorothy Arlene Kohler, 91, of York, PA passed away peacefully on April 7, 2018 at the York Hospital, surrounded by family.

She was born on March 19, 1927 in York and was the wife of the late Dallas Kohler. They had been married for 35 years when he died in 1983.

Dorothy enjoyed gardening, reading, and music, and she relished her role as mother and grandmother.  She was a longtime member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Seven Valleys, and in recent years, Christ Lutheran Church of Spry.

She is survived by their two sons, Jeffery and Timothy of State College, PA, daughter, Kimberly of Marshall, MI; seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren; all of whom will deeply miss her love and many acts of kindness.

A funeral service to honor Dorothy's life will be held at 1:30 PM on Saturday, April 14, at the Austin H. Eberly Funeral Home, Inc. 104 W. Main St., Dallastown, PA, with the Rev. James Polanzke officiating.  Interment will be at the Mount Prospect Cemetery in Seven Valleys.
