Edith "Edee" M. Meadows, 71, of York, passed away peacefully at the Pappus House on Thursday, December 8 ^th . She was the beloved wife of 54 years to Clarence L. Meadows.

Mrs. Meadows was born on June 7, 1951 in Independence, Kansas and was the daughter of the late Eddie and Beatrice (Garrison) Snell.

Edee attended Mason Dixon Baptist Church where she was heavily involved in church activities.  She enjoyed travelling with her husband and together they travelled extensively all over the world. Edee loved spending time with her family, especially her two grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her two sons, Steve Meadows, of Georgia and Kirk Meadows and his wife Wendy, of Maryland. She is also survived by her two grandchildren, Grayson and Ava Meadows. She was preceded in death by her brother, Larry Blagg.

A visitation will take place on Monday, December 12 ^th , from 5:00 -7:00 PM, at the Austin H. Eberly Funeral Home, 104 W. Main St., Dallastown and then again at the funeral home on  Wednesday, from 10:00 -11:00 AM, with a funeral service beginning at 11:00 AM. Pastor Terry Felton officiating. Interment will follow in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens.
