F. Patrick Franklin, 87, of York, passed away peacefully at WellSpan York Hospital on Sunday, December 3, 2023. After injuries sustained from a fall at his home. He was the beloved husband of the late Elizabeth B. Franklin.

Pat was born March 17, 1936 in New Freedom and was the son of the late Benjamin L. and Grace (Lattin) Franklin.

Beside his love of spending time with his family, Pat enjoyed weekend trips to the flea market, football, his daily breakfast with his buddies at Astoria's Diner, tractor shows and ginger snaps.

He is survived by his two daughters, Diane M. Sites of York and Debra Seaks of Red Lion; two granddaughters, Jennifer Axe and her husband Kerry, of Red Lion, and Crystal Beyer and her husband Tim, of York New Salem; two great grandchildren, Alyssa and Lindsey Beyer and the late Alexis Marie Axe of Red Lion. He is also survived by two stepdaughters, Lisa Turner and her husband Richard, of York and Wendy McNeil of Jamesville, New York; two step grandchildren, as well as five step great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his 13 siblings.

Following cremation, a Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
