George R. Ness, 85, of Windsor Twp., passed away at his residence on Wednesday, November 27, 2024. He was the beloved husband of Marlene A. (Potts) Ness.

Mr. Ness was born in York on September 8, 1939, and was the son of the late George C. Ness and Helen Ruth (Toomey).

He is survived by his son, Mark Ness and his wife Kathy; daughter, Colleen Kottmyer and her husband Fred; two grandchildren, Heather and her husband Eddie and Kevin and his wife Jenna. He is also survived by his five great grandchildren, Trinity, Abbey, Seeley, EJ and Thea; one great greatgrandchild, Ryver, as well as his brother, Ashley Ness and sisters, Sybella Stough, May Kingston and Bonnie Kozel.

Viewing will be held from 12:00-1:00 PM on Wednesday, December 4th at the Austin H. Eberly Funeral Home, Inc., 104 W. Main St., Dallastown, with a funeral service beginning at 1:00 PM. Interment to follow in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens.
