Gloria M. (Gordon) Eppley, 97, passed away on August 18, 2025 at SpiriTrust Lutheran- Kelly Drive. She was the loving wife of the late Charles Eppley, whom she lost 45 years ago on this same date.

Gloria grew up along the Susquehanna at Shenks Ferry with her brothers and sister, swimming, rowing and ice skating. Whenever someone took her out for the afternoon, she always chose to drive by the river to reminisce her early years. She was an excellent cook and loved music and reading as well as being an avid gardener. She loved flowers and enjoyed sharing cuttings to start new plants for anyone who asked. Gloria was also a longtime member of St. Paul's Lebanon Lutheran Church of Felton.

She is survived by her daughter, Linda Bergdoll and her son Dennis Eppley and his wife June; four grandsons, Max, Jesse and John Bergdoll and his wife Anna, and Colt Eppley as well as two great grandchildren, Truett Eppley and Nylah Bergdoll. Gloria was loved by many nieces, nephews and extended family.

There will be no viewing, but a visitation with the family will begin at 10:00 AM on Friday, August 22, 2025, at the Austin H. Eberly Funeral Home, Inc. 104 W. Main St. Dallastown, with a funeral service to follow at 11:00 AM with the Rev. Stephany Sechrist officiating. Interment will follow at Susquehanna Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Glorias name may be made to SpiriTrust Lutheran, Heartland Hospice or Lebanon Lutheran Church.
