JoAnn D. "Tutter" (Peiffer) Stoner, 70 of Manchester, PA passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at her home.  She was the beloved wife of Donald C. Stoner, Sr. with whom she celebrated 55 years of marriage on February 25 ^th of this year.

Born September 9, 1950 in Manchester, she was a daughter of the late Joseph J. and Dorothy D. (Rupp) Peiffer.

Mrs. Stoner is fondly remembered as a loving mother and grandmother, as well as a strong-willed and God-fearing woman.  She was always very giving to everyone, and always put others before herself.  She was known as "Mom" to everyone.  She was a devout Bible reader and also enjoyed sewing and cooking.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by 2 children: Donald C. Stoner, Jr. and his wife, Rhonda of Manchester and Sherry A. Stoner of Las Vegas, NV; 2 granddaughters: Elise M. Stoner of York and Brianna Y. McCourt and her husband, Joshua of Las Vegas, NV; 5 great-grandchildren: Hezekiah O. Stoner, Liahna E. Stoner, Giovonni E. Stoner, Jeremiah S. McCourt and Jonas I. McCourt; 2 brothers: Larry Peiffer, Sr. and Joe Peiffer, as well as many loving nieces, nephews and other family members.

In addition to her parents, JoAnn was preceded in death by her great-granddaughter, Nevaeh Scales and 3 siblings: Darlene Jones, Wayne Peiffer and Rodney Stewart.

A funeral service to celebrate JoAnn's life will be held on Tuesday, May 11 at 1pm at Austin H. Eberly Funeral Home; 104 W. Main St. in Dallastown.  Interment will follow in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens, York.  A time to share memories and an opportunity to view will also be on Tuesday from 12noon until the start of the service at the funeral home.
