Karen L. (Guiste) O'Toole, 67, of Red Lion, passed away on Wednesday, October 27 ^th at her residence while surrounded by her family. She was the beloved wife of 38 years to Lawrence J. O'Toole, until his passing in 2016.

Mrs. O'Toole was born in Pittsburgh, on January 16, 1954 and was the daughter of the late George and Alma (Prezioso) Guiste.

Karen previously worked in retail, but for most of her life she was a devoted homemaker. She enjoyed doing arts and crafts, playing gaming apps and taking her chances on the occasional scratch off lottery ticket.  She held onto her Pittsburgh roots and was an avid Penguin and Steeler fan. She also enjoyed watching professional boxing matches with her children.

She is survived by her four children, Lauren O'Toole, Ryan O'Toole, Daniel O'Toole and Sean O'Toole, all of Red Lion; her three grandchildren, Damian Arnold, Kyleigh Arnold and Jackson Westfall. She is also survived by her brothers, Dave Guiste, Patrick Guiste and George Guiste.

Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, November 13 ^th at the Austin H. Eberly Funeral Home, Inc., 104 W. Main St., Dallastown, PA 17313. A visitation with the family will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, and will begin at 1:00 PM until the start of the memorial service.  Interment will be private.
