Kathy Jean Brenneman, born on November 13, 1960, in York, passed away peacefully at her residence on January 13, 2025. She was the beloved daughter of the late Gary L. Palmer, Sr. and Karen T. (Clancy) Palmer. Kathy is survived by her three sons, David, Michael, and Robert Brenneman, and her sister, Kelly Davis. In accordance with Kathy's wishes, all services will be private.
