Obituary

Keith "Dog" L. Witman, 66 of Wrightsville, passed away at his residence on Wednesday, January 31, 2018.

Mr. Witman was born in York on June 28, 1951 and was the son of the late Doyle S. and Kathryn E. (Tyson) Witman.

Dog proudly served in the United States Marine Corps and was a combat veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a mechanic for Harley Davidson and retired after more than 30 years of service. He was a former member of the Kreutz Creek Valley VFW Post #7045 and was currently a member of White Rose VFW Post #556.  Dog enjoyed hunting and fishing and spending time with his friends.

He is survived by his two sons, Jon D. Witman and his wife Michelle and Keith "Fuzz" D. Witman; his six grandchildren,  Jon T., Evan, Cole, Brennan, Rilyn and Haley Witman. He is also survived by his brother, Stanley "Jimmy" Witman, and many friends. He was preceded in death by his future daughter in law, April Stoppard.

Following cremation, a Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, June 30, *NEW LOCATION* 2030 Fishing Creek Rd. Wrightsville, PA from noon - 4:00 PM. Covered dish welcomed but not necessary.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Dog's name can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.

The Austin H. Eberly Funeral Home, Inc., Dallastown is in charge of the arrangements.
