Larry E. Stine, 76, of Yoe, passed away on Thursday, March 2, 2023 at the Dallastown Nursing Center.

Mr. Stine was born March 28, 1946 in York and was the son of the late Curtis and Elsie (Krout) Stine.

Larry served in the US Army from June 1963 to June 1966, in the 440 ^th Signal Company in Germany, making Sargent E-5. After being honorably discharged, Larry began working at AMP in Loganville for 9 months, then began working at Hardings-Koppers, which changed names several times in the 41 years Larry worked there. Including MPSI, Metso and several others in between, and is currently known as Svedala Industries. He retired in 2008 as a class "A" Boilermaker. Larry enjoyed gardening and fishing, making things with his hands but most recently beekeeping.

He is survived by his three children, Wendy Miller and her husband Fred, Heather Yanez and her husband Dion and Curtis Stine and his wife Cynthia. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, Kaitlynn, Megan, Autumn Miller, Denan and Korin Yanez, and Hannah and Carissa Stine, and his sister, Donna Kibler.

A service to honor Larry's life will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at the Austin H. Eberly Funeral Home, Inc., 104 W. Main St., Dallastown.  A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday and will begin at 9:00 AM until the start of the service. Interment to follow in Salem Union Cemetery, with military honors provided by the Dallastown American Legion Post 605.
