Louis J. Strine, 84, of Lower Windsor Township, passed away at WellSpan York Hospital on Friday, November 25 ^th . He was the beloved husband of Gloria I. (Grove) Strine

Mr. Strine was born on June 4, 1938 in Steelton, PA and was the son of the late Chester, Sr. and Nellie (Vicero) Strine.

Louis worked for WellSpan York Hospital as a security guard and retired after 40 years of service. He enjoyed going camping and loved being with his dogs.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his two daughters, Lisa Ponton and her husband Joseph and Tina Strine.  He is also survived by his stepdaughter, Theresa Markle and her husband Rick; sisters, Grace Still and Joyann Morris, as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.

A viewing will be held from 5:00 – 6:00 PM on Friday, December 2 ^nd at the Austin H. Eberly Funeral Home, Inc., 104 W. Main St., Dallastown, PA 17313, with a service beginning at 6:00 PM. Interment will be private.
