Obituary

Mark D. Sipe, 58, was ushered by his loving Savior into God's eternal care on Friday, June 10, 2026, with his parents by his side.

Born on June 27, 1968, he was the beloved son of George and Carol Sipe.

Mark was a 1986 graduate of Dallastown High School and later graduated from The Art Institute of Philadelphia. He was a self-employed painting contractor and also installed decorative concrete overlays and epoxy floors through his business, Artistic Concrete Solutions.

A creative spirit, Mark was an avid cloud spotter who expressed his imagination through creating unique pieces of upcycled art. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing with his father and nephew.

Mark was a member of Christ Lutheran Church in Dallastown.

He is survived by his parents, George and Carol Sipe; his sister, Traci Zeigler and her companion, Gerald Groft; his nephew, Taylan Zeigler and his companion, Emma De Palmer all of Hanover; his aunt and uncle, Michael and Jennifer Sipe of Tennessee; and his cousin, Melissa Wade and her husband, Justin, of California.

Mark will be greatly missed by his family and many friends.

A service to celebrate Mark’s life will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. at the Austin H. Eberly Funeral Home, Inc. 104 W. Main St. Dallastown PA, 17313, with Rev. Patti Bream officiating. A visitation will be held prior from 10:00 A.M. until the start of the service.

The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the staff of the ICU at UPMC Memorial Hospital and Gentiva Hospice for their compassionate and excellent care.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mark's memory to the York County SPCA or Christ Lutheran Church, 126 W. Main St., Dallastown, PA.
