Marold I. (Hoffman) Allison, 91, of Sellersville, formerly of York, passed away on Saturday, March 12, 2022, at The Community at Rockhill in Bucks County. She was the beloved wife of the late Fred A. Allison, who passed away in 2012.

Mrs. Allison was born in York on December 4, 1930 and was the daughter of the late Edward C. and Beulah F.I. (Carmen) Hoffman.

Marold was a graduate of York High. For most of her life she was a dedicated homemaker. She was a longtime and faithful member of the former Salem United Church of Christ of Jacobus, where she was involved in numerous church activities, including being a youth leader and member of the church choir.

She is survived by her daughter, Joy A. Dolan and her husband, Douglas, of Sellersville; granddaughter, Meredith A. Dolan of Sellersville; and her brother-in-law, Terry L. Allison and his wife Betsy and their son Douglas. In addition to her husband, Marold was preceded in death by her sister, Dawn C. Arcuri.

A graveside service to celebrate Marold's life will be held at 11:30 AM on Thursday, March 24, 2022, at Salem Union Cemetery, 99 York Rd., Jacobus, PA 17407, with the Rev. Fred Walthour officiating.  Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery by 11:15 AM.
