Mary M. (Sheets) Grim, 92 of York Township, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 23, 2023 at WellSpan York Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late Norman D. Grim.

Mrs. Grim was born in Harrisburg on March 9, 1931 and was the daughter of the late Rev. William D. and Martha (Wamsher) Sheets.

Mary was a 1949 graduate of York High School. For most of her life she was self-employed as a hairdresser. She enjoyed playing bingo, going to the casino and going on bus trips.

She is survived by her three children; Norman D. Grim, II of Columbia, PA, Michael A. Grim and his wife Cathy, of Red Lion, and Lisa (Grim) Nace and her husband Dave, of Mount Joy. She is also survived by her six grandchildren, Joshua, Cortney, William, Nathan, Morgan and Taylor, as well as six great grandchildren.

A graveside service to celebrate Mary's life will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, July 28th at Susquehanna Memorial Gardens, with the Rev. Ken Loyer officiating.  Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery entrance by 10:45 AM.
