Michael C. Harlacher, 64 of Dover passed away peacefully at ProMedica Skilled Nursing & Rehab Center-York North on Thursday, February 9, 2023.

Born March 25, 1958 in York, he was a son of Arlene R. (Floyd) Harlacher and the late Raymond E. Harlacher.

Mr. Harlacher was a longtime, faithful servant and member of the Pentecostals of York.  He served a long, dedicated career of over 25 years as an accountant for the York County agency on Aging.  In his free time, he enjoyed coin collecting and reading.

In addition to his mother, Michael is survived by three siblings: Melissa A. Graser and her husband, David of Dallastown, Thomas R. Harlacher of Red Lion and Todd A. Harlacher and his wife, Susan of Abingdon, MD, as well as eight nephews, two nieces and many loving extended family, church family and friends.

A time to share memories and an opportunity to view will be on Wednesday, February 15 ^th from 6-8pm at Austin H. Eberly Funeral Home; 104 W. Main St. in Dallastown.  Interment will be conducted privately by Michael's family in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens in York.
