Nancy L. (Forry) Shenberger, 84, of Red Lion, passed away peacefully at Rest Haven-York on Tuesday, February 27th. She was the beloved wife of the late Curtis L. Shenberger, Jr. and was the loving companion of more than 30 years to John G. Pope.

Mrs. Shenberger was born in York on October 19, 1939 and was the daughter of the late Wilbur E. and Dorothy M. (Gohn) Forry, Sr.

Nancy was a 1957 graduate of Red Lion High School.  She previously worked for Jones and Sipe, the York Lutheran Home and AMMAC, Inc. She enjoyed doing puzzles.

She is survived by her sons, Scott L. Shenberger and his wife Lisa, Robin L. Shenberger and his wife Valarie. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Kristen Smith, Joey Shenberger and Seth Shenberger; 9 great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by a daughter, Crystal Shenberger and her brother, Wilbur Forry.

Per Nancy's wishes, following cremation, a funeral service will be held privately by the family.
