Palme-Marie Charotte (Denis) Martin, 84, of Spring Garden Township, passed away at WellSpan York Hospital on Tuesday, August 29, 2023. She was the beloved wife of the late George Martin. The couple were married for 45 years until George's passing in 2021.

Mrs. Martin was born in Haiti on November 4, 1938 and was the daughter of the late Serre Denis and Palme-Marie (Antoine) Denis.

Palme-Maire was the founder of Elijah Outreach Ministries, which operated in York County for over 25 years. She loved the Lord and was a devoted prayer warrior.

She is survived by her two children, John-Paul Spitzlay and his wife Heather and their children, Jaci Marks, Maryn Abigail and Julian Alexander, and Palme-Marie Anne Wrinkle and her husband Carl Michael and their children, Audrey Marie and Josslyn Christine. She is also survived by her late husband's children and grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her brother, Roger Denis.

A funeral service to honor Palme-Marie's life will be held at noon on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at St. Peter's a Bible Church, 1708 Seitzville Rd. Seven Valleys, PA 17360, with Pastor Thomas E. Beck officiating. A viewing will be held at the church on Wednesday and will begin at 11:00 AM until the start of the funeral service. Interment to follow in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens.
