Patricia L. (Barto) Thompson, 72, of Dallastown, entered heaven on Thursday, May 13, 2021.

Mrs. Thompson was born in Windber, PA on April 25, 1949 and was the daughter of the late Ronald Lee and Geraldine Louise (Callahan) Barto.

For most of her life, Patricia worked in restaurant management. She was extremely passionate and dedicated towards supporting veteran causes. Patti was compassionate, caring, and kind to anyone and everyone. She strived to help others, was someone you could depend on, and would always put others before herself. Throughout the community she was known for her generosity, friendship, and selflessness.

She is survived by her beloved dog Bella; her oldest, Tama Allison (Rick); her baby, Christian Thompson (Mieko); her cherished grandchildren, Dustin Shearer (Kyra), Jenna Shearer-Bupp (Justin), Logan Allison (Allie) and Austin Allison (Olivia). She is also survived by Mark Siebert who lovingly cared for her since the passing of her daughter; her siblings, Faith Kifer, Sally Koch, Donna Bunton, Rhonda Markley (Lloyd) and Jeffrey Barto (Reita).  She was preceded in death by her daughter and best friend, Jera (Shearer) Siebert; husband, Raymo Thompson and brothers, Earl and Robert Barto.

Following cremation, a Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
