Rebecca (Becky) Collier, 59, passed away peacefully at the York Hospital from a brief illness on April 5, 2018 with her family by her side.  She was the wife of the late Raymond Rice and Jack Collier, Sr.

Mrs. Collier was born in York on July 25, 1958 and was the daughter of Burl J. Gingerich and his wife Carol and the late Evelyn C. Bowers.

In addition to her father, she is survived by her three sons, Timothy L. Keeney Jr. and his partner Jen,   Matthew A. Keeney and his wife Zina, and Jack Collier Jr; daughter-in-law Nicole Keeney; grandchildren, Brooke, Jetta, Shaye, Dallas and Nathan. She is also survived by her sisters, Holly S. Gingerich, Christina L. Thompson, Elizabeth A. Gurreri and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Michael S. Keeney.

Becky attended Dallastown High School and the York County School of Technology. She was a homemaker throughout her life and enjoyed her family, especially her beloved grandchildren. Becky was nicknamed "Sunshine" by her friends who recognized her ability to brighten anyone's day.

She will be missed by all who loved her and shared her journey these past 59 years.

Following cremation a memorial service will be held at St. Paul's United Church of Christ, 205 West Main Street Dallastown on Saturday, April 14, 2018. The service will begin at 3:00 PM, with the Rev. Dr. Christopher Rodkey officiating.
