Richard T. Russo, 75 of Felton passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Friday, April 7, 2023.  He was the beloved husband of Mary J. "Jackie" (Holmes) Russo.

Born October 24, 1947 in Baltimore, he was a son of the late Thomas and Dolores (Buettner) Russo.

In addition to his wife, Richard is survived by two children: Christopher T. Russo and his wife, Kimberly of Manchester, MD and Michelle J. Washington and her husband, Benjamin of Manchester, MD; two grandchildren: Aidan T. Washington and Evan J. Washington; one sister, Lynn Kimball, as well as many loving nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 6, 2023 at The American Legion Pavilion, 19520 York Rd, Parkton, MD 21120 starting at 1:00 P.M.
