Robert H. Myers, 84 of Bel Air, MD passed away peacefully at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center on Saturday, March 25, 2023. He was the beloved husband of the late Mary F. (Becraft) Myers who passed on February 21, 2015.
Born April 24, 1938 in Baltimore, he was a son of the late Clifton C. and Margaret A. (Sidel) Myers.
Mr. Myers is fondly remembered as a strong Christian who loved to share his faith in Jesus Christ, and his favorite activity was studying Scripture. He was a long-time member of Full Gospel Temple in Middle River, MD. He also served a long career as a brakeman for Patapsco Railroad, from which he retired after over 30 years. In his free time, he also enjoyed writing.
Robert is survived by three children: Michele Osborne (wife of the late Harry) of Chambersburg, PA, John Myers of Baltimore and Stacy L. Bogdan and her husband, Matt of Bel Air; four grandchildren: Dan, Stephen, Matthew and Macy; his great-granddaughter, Gracelyn; two siblings: Joseph W. Myers and Susan Deshony; long-time friend, Ronald Rogers of WV, as well as many loving nieces, nephews and extended family.
In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Ronald Jason Myers, as well as two siblings: Melvin C. Myers and Ginger Duckworth.
There is no funeral service planned.
