Sandra L.
Topa
Sep 23, 1958 — Apr 3, 2025
Sandra Lee Topa, 66, of Red Lion, passed away peacefully on April 3, 2025, at Lancaster General Hospital. She was the loving wife of Benjamin Topa; together they shared 36 years of marriage.
Born in Baltimore, Maryland on September 23, 1958, she was the beloved daughter of the late Mary Ann (Janeczick) Hands.
Sandra dedicated 25 years of her life to York Hospital, where she worked in staffing and scheduling. Known for her warm presence and vibrant personality, Sandra had a knack for making friends wherever she went, rarely could she leave the house without running into someone she knew.
She had a deep love for animals, especially her dogs and cats, and a passion for the beach where she found peace and joy. Sandra was one of the kindest and sweetest souls you could meet, a loving matriarch who cared deeply for her family and always made sure things were just right.
Sandra is survived by her son, Joseph Kaseman and his wife Nicole of Red Lion; her daughter, Kimberly A. Killian of Lancaster; her grandchildren: Morgan Matsinye, Taylor Kaseman, Andrew Kaseman, Joshua Meloni, Jacob Meloni, Sophia Kaseman, and Quinn Kaseman. She is also survived by her sister-in-law Nancy Kelleher and her husband Steve, and her niece Shannon Kelleher.
