Stanley "Sam" E. Knaub, 72, of Lower Windsor township, passed away at PorMedica Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation – Dallastown, on Thursday, February 10 ^th . He was the beloved husband of Kathleen L. (Beaverson) Knaub.

Mr. Knaub was born in Columbia, PA on August 17, 1949 and was the son of the late Paul and Dorothy (Landis) Knaub.

Stanley was a painter for Graham Engineering for over 30 years.  Stanley was a known jokester always laughing and joking around with both friends and strangers alike. For many years he was a former coach for Brogue recreational youth. He loved going fishing and hunting with his brothers and sons, as well as butchering together with them. He was a family man and enjoyed spending time with his loved ones and having family get togethers.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Melissa Knaub, of Felton, Katy Knaub, of Wrightsville, Jacob Knaub and his wife Jessie, of Red Lion, Joshua Knaub and his wife Jamie, of Dover and Jeffrey Knaub and his partner, Beth Markle, of Dover; grandchildren, Wyatt, Collin, Tyler, Trenton, Cassidy and Alana. He is also survived by his brothers, Elmer Knaub and his wife Anita, of Red Lion, and John Knaub and his wife Peggy, of York, as well as his sister-in-law, Deborah Knaub, of York. He was preceded in death by a brother, Paul Knaub and his sister, JoAnn King.

Following cremation, a Celebration of Life service will be held at noon on Saturday, March 19 ^th at the Windsor Fire Company, 94 Schoolhouse Lane, Windsor, PA 17366.
