Susan Marie (Reidel) Henshaw, 85 of Red Lion, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 7 at ManorCare Health Services – Dallastown. She was the beloved wife of 60 years to James E. Henshaw until his passing in 2011.

Mrs. Henshaw was born in Dallastown and was the daughter of the late Austin and Theresa (Deller) Reidel.

Susan was a loving and devoted wife and mother.  She was a lifelong member of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church of Dallastown and was also a member of the Southern York County Camping Club.

She is survived by her two sons, Karl E. Henshaw and his wife Linda and Kirby E. Henshaw and his wife Beth.  She is also survived by her grandson, Eric Henshaw and granddaughter, Jacklyn Henshaw. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two sons, Keith E. and Kenneth E. Henshaw.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 AM on Tuesday, September 18 ^th at the St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 251 E. Main St., Dallastown, with the Rev. Mark E. Weiss officiating. Prior to the funeral mass, a viewing will be held at the church on Tuesday, beginning at 10:00 AM.  Burial will follow in Dallastown Union Cemetery.
