Susan Lever of Dallastown passed away on June 7, 2026 at the age of 82, surrounded by her children.  She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Timothy, and children Sherry Lehr, Patrick Lever and his wife, Lindsay, and Wendy Crognale and her husband, Dan.

Susan was born to the late Robert and Faye Flinchbaugh and spent her entire life in Dallastown, with the exception of a few years in North Dakota while her husband was stationed there in the Air Force.

In addition to taking care of her family, she worked at the former Strine Printing, Knaub's Cake and Deli Haus, and Nell's grocery until finally retiring at age 78 -- when the store closed!  She was hardworking all of her life and motivated to stay active.  She regularly attended exercise classes and was seen frequently walking the dogs and working in the yard.  She also enjoyed bowling and playing cards.

Susan was always pleasant, kind and remarkably selfless.  She was happy to do anything with friends and family.  She will be missed by many.

Family and friends are invited to attend a viewing on Saturday, June 13 from 10:00 am until noon, followed by a sharing of memories, at the Austin H. Eberly Funeral Home, Inc., 104 W. Main St. in Dallastown.  Interment will be private at a later date.
