Thelma C. (Wambaugh) Foust, 100 of York passed away peacefully at Normandie Ridge on Friday, June 16, 2023.  She was the beloved wife of the late Paul E. Foust, Jr. who passed away August 7, 2017.

Born August 24, 1922 in Littlestown, she was a daughter of the late Benjamin F. and Blanche E. (Wolf) Wambaugh.

Mrs. Foust is fondly remembered as a loving and dedicated mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.  She led a very full and active life, and her family was her greatest love.

Thelma is survived by two daughters: Brenda Fallon and her husband, Richard of Bluffton, SC and BJ Milliken and her husband, Mark of Mt. Wolf, PA; two grandchildren: Cari McMahon and her husband, Rick Boston of Pittsburgh and Erin Fallon and her husband, Nathan Hummel of York; three great-grandchildren: Claire McMahon of Pittsburgh, Ellie McMahon of Pittsburgh and Blaire Hammons of York; one sister, Lois Kohler; her brother-in-law, Gene Foust and his wife, Anne and her brother-in-law, Robert Fitzkee, as well as many loving nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by 9 siblings.

A time to share memories and an opportunity to view will be on Wednesday, July 5th from 6-8pm at Austin H. Eberly Funeral Home; 104 W. Main St. in Dallastown.  Thelma will be laid to rest at Susquehanna Memorial Gardens in York in private by her family.
