Thomas L. Glatfelter, Sr., 81, of Windsor Township, passed away peacefully at his residence on Sunday, June 20 ^th . He was the beloved husband of 41 years to Joanne E. (Blymire) Glatfelter.

Mr. Glatfelter was born in Glen Rock on September 26, 1939 and was the son of the late Victor and Creda (Hengst) Glatfelter.

Tom belonged to Carpenter Local Union 431 for over 57 years. He attended Eastside Assembly of God and was a former member of the Craley Fish and Game.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Brenda Black (Michael), Thomas L. Glatfelter Jr. (Gloria), Todd Glatfelter (Angela), and Bryan Glatfelter (Wendy), as well as nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.  He is also survived by his four brothers, Kenneth Glatfelter (Laura), John Glatfelter (Jackie), Steve Glatfelter (Shirley), and Richard Glatfelter (Cathy); three sisters, Doris Ford, Judy Klinger (Dennis) and Debra (Ronald), and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service to honor Tom's life will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, June 23 ^rd at Eastside Assembly of God, 3430 Eastern Blvd., York, PA 17402, with Pastor Donald Belch officiating. A viewing will be held at the church on Wednesday and will begin at 10:00 AM until the start of the funeral service. Interment will follow in Springville Cemetery.
