Warren E. Adams, 76 of York passed away on Friday, May 11, 2018 at York Hospital.  He was the beloved husband of Christine L. (Burke) Adams.

Born November 5, 1941 in Spring Grove, he was a son of the late Harold L. and Mary V. (Smith) Adams.

Warren was a dedicated member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in York, as well the Hawks Gunning Club and the 12 ^th Ward Democratic Club.  He retired from Flemming Associates after a career of over 30 years and enjoyed the outdoors, including hunting, gardening and playing and coaching softball.  He was especially well known to be a very avid fan of the New York Yankess and the Giants.

In addition to his wife, Christine, Warren is survived by his children:  Carla Senft and her husband, Phillip of Dover, Glenda Smith of Dover, Scott Adams of Hellam, Christina Geiling and her husband, Tim of Gardners, Amanda Adams and her fiancé, Charles of Dover, Scott Graff of York and Daniel Graff of York; Siblings: Sheridan Duttera and her husband, Joel of York, Norman Adams and his wife, Virginia of York New Salem, Helena Hilbert and her husband, John of Dover and Wayne Adams and his wife, Kay of York; 2 faithful dogs, Lottie and Lacy; 13 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, as well as many other loving family members.

In addition to his parents, Warren was preceded in death by 3 siblings: Harold Adams, Jr., Gary Adams and Elisa Smith.

A funeral service to celebrate Warren's life will be held Wednesday , May 16 ^th at 11am at St. Paul Lutheran Church; 250 Trinity Rd.; York, PA 17408.  Prior to the service, a gathering time will take place from 10am to 11am at the church.  Interment will follow in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens.
