William "Bill" G. Crone, 74 of York passed away on June 13 ^th , 2018 at ManorCare Dallastown.  He was the beloved husband of Sandra (Shirey) Crone.

Born January 27, 1944, he was a son of Edna (Wintermyer) Crone and the late Cleason Crone.

Bill was a member of the Isaac Walton League and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by 2 daughters: Melissa Fry of Wrightsville and Stacy Ehrhart and her husband, Richard of Red Lion; 2 brothers: Edward Crone of West York and Brian Crone and his wife, Lisa of York; 4 grandsons: Christopher Fry and his wife, Olivia of Hellam, Evan Ehrhart of Red Lion, Chandler Ehrhart of Red Lion, Ryan Ehrhart of Red Lion, as well as many loving nieces, nephews and family members.

A funeral service to celebrate Bill's life will be held on Tuesday, June 19 ^th at 1pm at the Austin H. Eberly Funeral Home; 104 W. Main St., Dallastown.  A time to share memories and an opportunity to view will also be on Tuesday from 12 noon until the service begins at the funeral home.  Interment will follow in Otterbein Cemetery in York.
